This session is to enable small business owners learn how to use AI for productivity, small, repeatable workflow that runs after hours and hands you a clean checklist, warm leads, and draft messages. The value of your time is less about tech and more about decisions: what to offload, when to run it, and how to act fast on the results.

By the end, you will be able to:

1. Define an “AI night shift” and its place within a small business workflow.
2. Identify 10 routine tasks worth offloading after hours.
3. Distinguish single-step prompts from multi-step workflows and state when to use each.
4. Map a simple input→process→output flow for one nightly task.
5. Configure a scheduled workflow using ChatGPT Tasks or a custom GPT.
6. Measure results with two numbers: minutes saved, and next-day actions completed.
