Boat America ....a course on responsible boating: Jackson Park Yacht Club

Three Thursdays, January 8, 15, 22, 2026 from 6pm to 9pm.

A comprehensive boating safety course held over three Thursday evenings (6–9 PM) that may qualify you for a discount on your boat insurance.

What’s included in this course

• The 5th edition of Boat America....a course on responsible boating

• General information concerning boats and maintenance
• Information to make your boating experience safer and more comfortable
• Tips on how to be a more courteous boat operator
• Laws and regulations to which you must adhere
• In general, this information applies to all vessels and manually driven boats such as sailboats, canoes, etc.

A certificate of completion upon sucessful completion of basic knowledge exam
