We’ll blend grounded barre work with supportive aerial elements to sculpt, tone, and challenge your balance. All set to an upbeat, feel-good playlist. After class, stay and sip some bubbly, snap a few photos, and connect with your community. It’s the perfect mix of sweat, sparkle, and social time.
