A South Shore Community Peace Circle

Join us on the 3rd Wednesday of every month at Mama Africa's Marketplace as we build community through conversation in South Shore.

In the circle, we share stories, keep confidence with each other, grow empathy through active listening, and support one another in shared reflection.

Come by yourself or bring a friend as we build a circle of relationships and social connections that we hope support you in your time away from the circle.

What story do you need to bring to the circle? Trust that the circle is capable of holding those stories.

The Time Salon is a facilitated gathering offered by The Kola Nut Collaborative which guides participants through dialogue and practice in communal asset mapping, social economy and non-monetary exchange. In this intentional space, we challenge the idea that participation in a community economy is limited to the use of the dollar as currency.
