Yin resonance with Steve

Hi my friends in Chiang mai, I’m back!!see you all tomorrow for the yin resonance!

I'll be guiding you through a gentle Yin Yoga practice. Our focus will be on marrying the stillness of the body with the awareness of the mind.

Throughout our practice, I will be using the resonant sound of a singing bowl to help deepen your relaxation and bring a meditative quality to each pose. We'll gently encourage the flow of energy through the chakras, our body's subtle energy centers.
