Ayurveda teaches us about how to live in harmony with nature…OUR nature. Determined by the predominance of the elements that shape us.

Your Dosha determines and shapes your characteristics and behavior. It is like a map that shows you how to respond to the external world harmoniously. The map to lead you back home to yourself.

In this workshop we will experience each dosha and its essence, through breathwork techniques, movement, and body image behavior.

About the Facilitator:

I’m Irina, an Ayurvedic practitioner and holistic therapist specializing in women’s health for over 7 years. My work weaves together Ayurveda, yoga, reiki, voice activation, somatic psychotherapy, and feminine embodiment practices to help women reconnect with their natural cycles and restore balance in body, mind, and spirit. I’ve guided many women through seasonal resets, womb health journeys, and deeper spiritual practices. I would be honored to guide you through this 9-day immersion.
