This Valentine's, we're taking you through four courses that capture what falling in love actually feels like, from that electric first moment to the comfort of forever. Each dish has an Italian name (because nothing says romance quite like Italian), and honestly? We're pretty proud of how this one turned out.

Four Degustation:
'Ciao, Amore' (Hello, Love) - 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐝𝐞 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐞 : Fines de Claire oysters baked with spinach and parmesan, or fresh with a red wine vinegar reduction.

'Avvolto' (Enveloped) - 𝐕𝐞𝐥𝐯𝐞𝐭 𝐋𝐨𝐛𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐁𝐢𝐬𝐪𝐮𝐞 : falling deeper, wrapped in warmth. That's our velvet lobster bisque with grilled Canadian lobster, white wine butter, and lemongrass.

'Ti Amo' (I Love You) - the declaration, you choose: 𝐀𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐖𝐚𝐠𝐲𝐮 𝐫𝐢𝐛 𝐞𝐲𝐞 with porcini red wine sauce, or 𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐇𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢 with garlic-infused potatoes and beurre blanc.

We pause with a rose and citrus sorbet – a breath before the leap.

'Per Sempre' (Forever) – our warm 𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐓𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚 with fresh Doi Kham strawberries and house-made sorbet. Because falling in love isn't just once. It's every day, with the same person, choosing them again.
