Come lie down, let go, and be carried by sound.
Join sound journey guide and yoga teacher Colleen Thornton, together with coherence coach Alan Strydom, for an immersive evening beginning with a gentle yoga nidra practice, followed by a full sound journey featuring Himalayan brass bowls, voice, Shruti, gong, and other resonant sound elements.
This gathering invites deep, restorative rest, quiet connection, and the subtle possibility of self-healing—simply by showing up.
All proceeds support CAFoT (Culinary Arts Foundation of Thailand), a Chiang Mai-based nonprofit founded by Brian Pern. CAFoT provides free culinary training to Shan and Burmese youth who have fled conflict—offering tools for stability, skill, and new opportunity.
A personal message from Brian:
For seven years, Cafot.org has given hope to Myanmar refugees in Thailand, teaching them advanced culinary skills to build a better future. These skills transform lives—helping students find jobs and supporting families struggling under a brutal regime.
Our work is fueled solely by donations, and your support can make all the difference. Every gift brings hope, dignity, and a chance for a new beginning. Please help us continue this vital work. Your generosity can ripple through generations.
Thank you for caring. Contact me (cafot.org) to visit our training facility and meet our latest cohort of students.
