Together, we will explore::
-childhood origins of the pattern of over giving
-healing patterns of emotional energy depletion and deprivation
-understand the energy and nervous system dynamics of over giving
-reframing beliefs that create guilt
-exploring your person limits when it comes to giving energy
-somatic practices to restore energy integrity and self-worth
-embodied practices to recognize personal giving limits and restore a sense of trust within the Self
-communication tools to assert personal limits with giving
-practices to re-establish a healthy relationship with giving
