Fascial Maneuvers is a guided somatic experience designed to gently unwind tension, restore flow, and bring you back into alignment with your body’s natural intelligence.
You’ll be guided through a series of intuitive movements that support:
✨ Physical release of tension and stress
✨ Emotional clarity and integration
✨ Energetic ease and flow
This session will be led by Sara and Simba together, blending their energies and specialties to guide you through the physical, emotional, and energetic layers of the body using fascia as the gateway.
Every class is fully unique and alive in the moment, offering you not just movement but a complete somatic journey.

After our class, 1–2 participants will be invited to receive a short, hands-on Fascial Maneuvers session with Simba.
