Fall has arrived, the temps are dipping and the days are getting shorter and darker. But that doesn’t mean YOU have to hibernate!

Join Theresa Hansen, ERYT for an hour long Vinyasa Flow yoga practice followed by a deliciously crafted local beer. Theresa will guide you through an hour long practice and then we will enjoy our beers together as a community.

For this event wear your flannel and bring a friend...We will celebrate a FriendsGiving.

Yoga is about so much more than stretching...Yoga is about creating community and connections with other people.

Please bring your own yoga mat.
