Tai Chi is often described as meditation in motion. Through slow, controlled movements and focused breathing, participants can improve stability, coordination, body awareness, and stress management in a calm, supportive environment.
We are offering two class options this session:
🌿 Beginner Series (4 Weeks)
Ideal for those who are new to Tai Chi or looking for a refresher. No prior Tai Chi or martial arts experience is required. This series focuses on:
•Foundational movements
•Breathing and posture
•Flowing motion and relaxation
•An introduction to the 24-Yang Short Form
🌱 Intermediate Series (6 Weeks)
Designed for participants with previous Tai Chi experience. This series continues working with the 24-Yang Short Form, with greater emphasis on:
•Transitions and continuity
•Balance and coordination
•Breath integration
•Deeper understanding of Tai Chi principles
Both classes are taught at a comfortable pace and are suitable for adults seeking a low-impact, mindful form of movement.
