Reiki Level 1 Class for Empaths, Sensitives and Healers

This Reiki Level 1 class is designed specifically for empaths, highly sensitive people, and those called to healing work. You’ll learn the foundational practices of Reiki—not just as a tool for helping others, but as a vital resource for grounding, clarity, and energetic sustainability.

Together, we’ll explore:
• Reiki techniques for self-healing and daily energetic support
• How to set and maintain clear, compassionate boundaries
• The art of helping others without depleting yourself
• How to thrive as an empath while staying rooted in your own energy.

This class is more than a certification—it’s a reclamation of your ability to care deeply without self-abandonment. You’ll leave with practical tools, renewed intuition, and a deeper connection to your own source of strength. This is a 2 day class, from 12-6pm both days.
