The Gateway 1.5 Grand Motorcycle Tour
(Flawed Riders on Flogged Motorcycles for an Epic Ride)
Why?
Stymied, neglected, and special bikes need love and attention. They’ve been pushed into the corner of a dark lawn shed smelling of old grass and fuel and long forgotten. It is our goal to show them the joy they once had of a loving owner that appreciates them.
Participant acquires a suitable motorcycle
or less and enjoy the open road with your peers.
August 30-31. Leave from Gateway BMW Ducati at 10am.
Ride through rural Missouri. The route will be paved and possibly light gravel.
Route to be determined upon review of the list of participating motorcycles.
Scheduled camping / motel rooms for Saturday and Sunday nights. Each participant is responsible for their own lodging fee.
Food and Drink at the responsibility of each participant at food stops. Make your motel reservation at The Wagon Wheel Inn located in Cuba, MO.

Gateway to have a chase truck available to pick up problematic and unrepairable motorcycles as needed amongst the route.
At the end of the event chance decides a finishing riders order of opportunity to purchase another riders entry for $1,500. The purchase will need to be finalized within 7 days of the event. Following the finishers , non finishers will also have the opportunity to purchase a contestant's entered motorcycle as long as it has not already been claimed. We will begin with the non-finishers who traveled the most miles on the route.
Motorcycle can be any brand or type. Must have a title available to be transferred to the potential buyer immediately.
