🌿 Sleep with Confidence – Free 4-Week Wellbeing Course 🌿
Sleep with Confidence is a free, friendly 4-week course designed to gently support you if you're struggling with sleep, low energy, confidence, or coping with everyday life.
Across four relaxed sessions, we’ll share simple, practical ideas to help you:
✨ understand your sleep and energy levels better
✨ calm a busy mind and feel more settled
✨ build confidence in yourself and your ability to cope
✨ make small, manageable changes that really add up
Each session is jointly led by Amanda Roberts (confidence, self-belief and purpose) and Suzanne Smith (sleep, rest and energy). Sessions are split between the two, with a comfort break and a cuppa in the middle ☕

A warm, welcoming and relaxed atmosphere
No pressure to talk or share
No judgement, no expectations
Practical tips, tools and gentle activities
You’re welcome to simply listen and take what feels helpful
This course is ideal if you’re feeling tired, overwhelmed, low in confidence, or just curious about how to sleep better and feel more able to cope.
💚 The course is fully funded by Chesterfield Borough Council, so there is no cost to attend.
