If you’ve been carrying tension in your shoulders, jaw, or belly without realising it, this session is a chance to soften the edges and let your whole system exhale.
The festive period can be busy, full, and a little fraught – even when it’s joyful. Restorative Reset offers you a moment that’s just for you. A small invitation to pause to breathe, slow down, and come back to yourself.
Restorative Reset blends slow, grounding somatic movement with deeply restful restorative yoga.
We’ll begin by bringing gentle movement and stretches to the places where stress is held in the body – soft spirals, simple releases, and movements designed to ease you out of “holding” mode.
From there, we’ll transition into restorative postures supported by props, bolsters, and blankets, inviting your nervous system to settle and your muscles to let go and soften further.
This isn’t about stretching further or pushing harder. It’s about creating space, soothing the body, and offering yourself the kind of rest you rarely carve out in daily life.
This one-time only session is hosted by our co-founder and Somatic Coach, Bronwyn. Limited to just 8 spaces, we expect the session to sell-out quickly.
