This will be a whole day of all things that bring you a sense of restoration, regulation, insight, calm, inspiration, more of a sense of self and acceptance.

The ultimate self care package to encourage you to take better care of you!

The day begins with a breakfast bake, meditation and therapeutic workshop, followed by a gentle session of pilates, a nourishing plant based lunch, a coaching afternoon on all things well-being and to impliment some of what has been cultivated in the morning and lots of cake, teas and coffees.
