Motor Controls 1 is six-week course covering electrical motor control theory, components and systems, control logic, field applications and troubleshooting.
Pre-Requisites
-IEC Member or employee of an IEC Member
-10,000 hours job-related field experience in the electrical trade
-Successful completion of the TH-100 course, competency in the use of a calculator, or competency in basic mathematical skills. ---Successful completion of the TH-200 course or:
-Competency in the use of portable electrical measuring devices - Possession of a thorough understanding of ground theory, three phase AC circuit principles, single phase transformer operation.
