Mini Group Therapy Sessions

Sarah Merritt, Licensed Clinical Therapist at Merritt Therapy, will be hosting a group therapy session for students in elementary through high school.

Through guided art activities, participants will explore and strengthen important skills such as self-regulation, anxiety management, confidence building, and social-emotional connections. This session is designed to provide a supportive, creative space where kids and teens can express themselves and build healthy coping tools.
