Join our warm and welcoming Menopause Mayhem community for a 6-session in-person course meeting every other week. Whether you’re preparing for menopause currently experiencing it or looking back on it wanting to better understand the journey this course is for you.
In a relaxed friendly atmosphere (with plenty of tea and coffee) we’ll break down myths share stories and explore practical strategies to help you thrive during this significant stage of life. Absolutely no subject is off-limits – from hormones and hot flushes to mood changes relationships and beyond.
Course topics include:
What is Menopause? – Understand the terminology learn what your hormones do and how they affect your mood mind and body.
Symptoms: Common & Not-So-Common – Why they happen and strategies to manage them.
Nutrition for Menopause – How to nourish your outer and inner body to support your health and potentially ease symptoms.
Mindfulness & Mental Health – The impact of menopause on your mind and proven techniques to support your wellbeing.
Seeking Support – From HRT and medical professionals to holistic therapies and alternative treatments.
Relationships – Navigating changes in intimacy friendships family and especially with pubescent children.
