Kettlebells

A full body workout using kettlebells and body weight. Mats and kettlebells are provided- but you’re welcome to bring your own. First class is £2, weekly cost is £4.

Payment; CASH OR BANK TRANSFER ON THE DAY IS PREFERABLE PLEASE, but I can take cad payment on the day, or pay at time booking.

Block booking discount is available, please see me prior to class or contact me for more information- block booking members get first refusal of spaces
