Halloween Spooktacular at Chesterfield Market

Join us for some fiendish fun at Chesterfield Market Place and Market Hall for Halloween 2025.

With free face painting, crafts and a puzzling pumpkin trail alongside our Friday market, this is something you don't want to miss!

After getting your face painted, head to Aunty Dot's sweet shop inside the market hall to grab a pumpkin password answer sheet. Set off on the hunt to find all of the letters you need which are hidden around the market hall shops and market stalls on the main market square. Once you've cracked the code, head back to Aunty Dot's for your sweet treat!

You will also have the opportunity to make your very own witchy friend with the help of My Arty Party.

Thanks to government funding from the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, all of the Halloween activities are completely free - no booking required, just turn up!
