Full Counted Primary Series

Booking is essential for this 2 hour Counted Full Primary Series . This class is not suitable for beginners. Some practise of the ashtanga method is necessary but you don't have to have experienced the Full Primary . The class is led so come and do whats right for you or be guided and expand on your practise in a safe supportive environment.
