In our modern world, we’re encouraged to move quickly, think faster, and push through. But beneath the pace of everyday life, our bodies often hold what our minds can’t process – stress, tension and old stories.
Over time, this can leave us feeling anxious, disconnected and overwhelmed.
Breathwork for Busy Minds is an evening to pause, slow down, and reconnect. Guided by Folc Co-Founder and Somatic Coach Bronwyn Benstead, you’ll be supported to meet what’s happening beneath the surface – giving your body the space it needs to soften, release, and restore balance.
This two-hour session includes:
😮💨 Gentle somatic movement to help you arrive in your body
😮💨 Calming herbal tea to support your nervous system in shifting gears
😮💨 Grounding guided meditation
😮💨 Learn how simple Conscious Breathwork techniques can support your wellbeing
😮💨 Conscious Connected Breathwork practice
😮💨 Space for integration and optional sharing
You're welcome to arrive from 6.30 pm. Please arrive by 6.50 pm to settle into the space. Herbal tea will be available before and after, with light nibbles to help you ground.
Please wear comfortable clothing. All equipment (mats, blackets are provided). Avoid heavy meals 2 - 3 hours beforehand, and limit caffeine after midday.
Important note: This session is not suitable for those diagnosed with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, epilepsy, active drug addiction, or during pregnancy.
Spaces are limited. Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person.
