Join us for a unique and empowering Aerial Chains Workshop with experienced instructor Sarah Drummond.

Aerial chains are a beautiful and dynamic aerial apparatus, combining strength, fluid movement, and creative expression. Similar to aerial hoop or silks, chains offer a slightly different experience — providing a strong, stable structure while allowing you to explore spins, shapes, and transitions in a supportive and exciting way.

This workshop is perfect for those looking to try something new, build confidence in the air, and develop upper-body strength and flexibility in a fun and encouraging environment. Suitable for a range of abilities, with guidance and adaptations provided throughout.

This is a 2 hour workshop, with a 20 minute break for midway
