Throughout pregnancy, your body experiences muscular, hormonal, and anatomical changes.
Support these changes through tailored options for each trimester. Prepare your body and mind through strength work, stretching, breathwork and mindfulness. Emphasis on preparing the pelvis and pelvic floor for birth.
Ally is a Birth and Postpartum Doula and will share tips to support the physiological unfolding of birth and practices you can take with you outside of class and call on throughout pregnancy and into labor, birth and beyond.
No yoga experience needed. All trimesters welcome.
