After the beautiful success of the Manifestation Series, we’re opening this work into a monthly Manifestation Circle — a space to stay connected to the practice, check in with yourself, and continue consciously creating your life, one month at a time.
Manifestation isn’t a one-off workshop or something to “get right” once. It’s a relationship — with your nervous system, your beliefs, your body, and the way you meet life. These monthly sessions are here to support that ongoing relationship.
Each month we’ll explore a new theme, with fresh exercises, processes, and reflections, drawing from trauma-informed manifestation, somatic work, embodiment, and energetic alignment. Some months will feel expansive and future-focused, others will be about softening resistance, recalibrating, or coming back home to yourself.
You can expect:
Grounded teaching around manifestation (without bypassing or forcing)
Nervous-system-aware practices to support safety and receptivity
Guided visualisation, embodiment or reflective practices (varies each month)
Journaling and integration
Space to check in, recalibrate, and realign with what you’re calling in
These sessions are also about community — being in a room with others who are consciously choosing growth, self-awareness, and intentional living. A place to be witnessed, inspired, and reminded that you’re not doing this alone.
Come every month, or drop in when you need a reset, a reminder, or a reconnection to your intentions.
This is manifestation as a practice, not pressure.

March Theme: Re-Emerging into Alignment
Letting go of winter weight. Reconnecting to desire. Gently stepping forward.
March is a threshold month. Not quite winter, not fully spring. Energetically, it’s a time of re-emergence — where something within us wants to move, but doesn’t want to be rushed.
In this session, we’ll explore manifestation from a trauma-informed, embodied place, honouring the pace of your nervous system rather than forcing clarity or action.
Rather than asking “What do I want?” from the mind, we’ll soften into the body and ask:
What is ready to come online now?
What feels safe to want again?
What no longer needs to be carried forward?
This month’s focus:
Releasing energetic and emotional residue from winter
Reconnecting with desire without pressure
Learning to recognise aligned impulses vs nervous-system survival responses
Gently opening to the next version of you — without forcing outcomes
Practices you can expect:
Grounded nervous-system regulation to create internal safety
A somatic check-in to listen to the body’s cues
A gentle manifestation process focused on felt sense rather than visuals alone
Journaling and reflection to clarify what you’re ready to receive — and what you’re ready to release
This is manifestation as reconnection, not striving.
As permission, not performance.
As a slow and steady return to your natural creative power.
