The Medicine Wheel is an experiential adventure. If you are under a Dr. care, please follow their advice. The mystical life is not part of Western Psychology, so you may need more than one type of support during this year of transition.
Sentient beings who would like to work on sobriety, on anything food, substances, technology, sex, afflictions, and Codependency. Etc. The healing that you receive becomes your medicine as a healer for others.
The Energy work that we do is not conducive to active substance abuse, but I will allow anyone who needs support in quitting. I can hold extra space for working with the 12 Efforts of Recovery separately as Certified Recovery Coach. (this is based on a yogic approach and is not affiliated with 12 Steps of AA)
I have built an entire year of curriculum for the Sacred Hoop Medicine Wheel based on my teachers and trainings. You will not need to purchase a lot of books. What I have put together will last you for three years of review and continued Sacred Hoop Practice. Each attendee will work on special gifts and healing.
