H.O.P.E Foundation Presents F.L.O.W. Workshop

F.L.O.W. stands for:

Feel – Understand how your body works and the science behind your cycle.
Learn – Discover important facts about menstrual health and hygiene.
Own – Embrace your body and experiences with pride and confidence.
Wellness – Learn ways to care for your physical and emotional health during your cycle.

This interactive, youth-centered workshop creates a safe space to explore personal hygiene, menstrual care, and body positivity. Participants will gain valuable knowledge, boost their confidence, and walk away with their very own F.L.O.W. Kit filled with essentials.

** This is not a health class to discuss sex, however we may mention body parts as it relates to the menstrual cycle.

** We will only discuss the use of pads in this workshop but will have take home material for other forms menstrual hygiene products.

Material appropriate for ages 8-12
