BRIDGE RUCK

Veterans Bridge Ruck! Meet in the Publix Parking Lot between Publix and Popeye’s prior to 6pm! We will be stepping off promptly at 6pm. Please don’t be late! If you are going to be late, please let me (Em) know! If you can’t ruck with weight, join us for a walk! We may even bring some coupons to share. If you don’t have a ruck, grab a backpack and throw something heavy on it. Let me know if you need help!

Rucking is just walking with weight on your back.
It's that simple.
Walking with a weighted rucksack (aka backpack) is an amazing way to build muscle, burn calories, and is 3x easier on your knees than running.
