Bayside Family VOLUNTEERS:
Bayside is excited to host its annual Trunk Or Treat/Fall Festival Night! There are plenty of opportunities to serve.
If you would like to decorate a trunk please check-out the guidelines below.
There are lots of creative, family friendly ways that you can decorate your vehicle. We recommend that you pick a theme for your vehicle and your costume. The less your car looks like a car, the better!
• No scary items or images like blood, skeletons, bats, witches, monsters, gore, etc.
• No toy weapons- guns, knives, etc, no open flames, fireworks, or flammable materials.
• You may arrive as early as 4:30 p.m. and as late as 5:30 p.m.
• CARS MUST BE READY BY 6PM.
• Due to safety, You may NOT leave the parking lot until the event is over and parking lot has been cleared. Approximately 7:30pm-8:00 p.m. If the times do not work for you, we would love to have you volunteer in some other capacity.
