⚡ ☕ ROCKFORD COFFEE CRAWL - FALL 2025
Join us as we gear up for this years National Coffee Day! (Monday, September 29th) for our 3rd Seasonal Rockford Crawl! The Crawl is Saturday-Monday (27- 29th) with shops participating based on there own schedules so check open times before you attempt a visit. Visit your favorite baristas & become a new regular at a cafe you've never been to. Enjoy food, pastries and coffee at each of these cafes! This is a great opportunity to support local businesses, try something new, enjoy a fun experience, and Win prizes!

How to Participate:
1) GET STARTED & GRAB A PASSPORT - Start "Crawling" at any of the participating coffee shops. Make sure you pick up a Coffee Passport each shop will have them!
2) VISIT THE SHOPS - Stop at each of our coffee shops and enjoy the amazing coffee drinks, food and pastries that we all have to offer. There is something special about every business participating, and we are excited to come together and welcome the community into our shops to highlight why Rockford's local coffee shops are the best in the world!
3) GET STAMPS - At each stop, have the baristas stamp/sign your passport! When finished with the crawl, leave your passport with staff at your final stop. Visiting 4 or more shops, you are entered for a chance to win an amazing gift basket with cool merch, gift cards, and other great items from each of the participating shops!
4) VISIT EVERY CAFE! - The crawl is 3 days this year, and Bigger than ever, Visiting Every shop is possible but we think pretty impressive. Coffee Crawlers who visit every cafe, will instantly win a special "Super Fan" prize!
5 PHOTO CHALLENGE - Take photos at each stop on your crawl, and create a post on your social media. Be sure to use the hashtag #815CoffeeCrawl in your caption. The post with the most "likes" and "shares" will win a gift basket with cool merch, gift cards, and other great items from each of the participating shops! (make sure you are following each business page)
6) HELP GROW THE COFFEE COMMUNITY - Coffee is always better with friends! Invite your friends and family to join you on your crawl! And while you're in line at the shops or when you see someone holding a crawl passport, smile and say hello - we're all in this together!
