The Art of Play: Physical Acting & Character Creation
Sunday, November 2nd | 🕚 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM (with 1-hour lunch break)

Led by Isha Justyna Kostek & Monika Burra
Step into a world where movement becomes story, voice becomes emotion, and characters emerge from breath, impulse, and play.
In this immersive 5-hour workshop, participants will explore the foundations of Lecoq-inspired physical theatre, character creation through movement, and emotional truth through voice. Inspired by the dynamic performance style of Koliada, this workshop offers a taste of expressive storytelling where body, breath, and presence lead the way. Expect laughter, discovery, and full-bodied creativity.
No previous acting experience required. Just curiosity and a willingness to move.

Founded in 2020, The Telegraph School is a home for the Performing and Healing Arts. Our popular First Friday Open Mics draw large crowds and we offer classes in various forms of dance, music, theater and more. We believe that creative expression and community are the best medicine for the soul.
