This World Heart Day, Columbia Asia Hospital - Cheras invites YOU to join our 25KM Challenge: #LangkahLebihLuas. Complete the distance, win prizes, and celebrate a healthier heart together! 🏃♂️🏃♀️✨
📌 How to Participate:
1️⃣ Run anytime, anywhere! Complete a total of 25 kilometers during the running period using your favorite running tracker (e.g., Strava, Nike Run Club, Garmin, etc.). Remember to take a selfie during your run and post it on your Facebook/Instagram feed with hashtags #ColumbiaAsiaHospitalCheras & #LangkahLebihLuas. Don’t forget to set your account to public!
2️⃣ Take a screenshot of your cumulative distance and submit it by scanning the QR code (
https://tinyurl.com/42eub666) below. The screenshot must clearly show the distance, timing & date of the run.
3️⃣ Complete your run enter our Lucky Draw! Winners will be announced on our Facebook page (Columbia Asia Hospital - Cheras) and can collect prizes on Event Day.

2. One entry per participant.

5. Winners must collect prizes in person on September 27, 2025 at Columbia Asia Hospital - Cheras.
6. Organizer reserves the right to amend terms or disqualify entries.
