Restorative Grief Yoga

In this Restorative Grief Yoga class, we will move gently through poses that support the body and mind in processing grief, allowing space for both release and healing. As we slow down, we’ll focus on breath and intention, creating a compassionate environment where emotions can surface and be held with care. The session will conclude with a guided meditation, inviting you to find peace and stillness within, embracing the journey of healing with tenderness and grace.
