About Your Mentor:
Metilda is a life coach and sign language instructor with over six years of experience supporting individuals with hearing impairments. From a young age she developed an enduring passion for sign language that ultimately led her to work towards building a more inclusive society.
She has dedicated her career to training counseling and coaching individuals with hearing impairments helping them secure jobs and build successful careers in diverse sectors. Metilda has also been teaching in deaf schools and colleges and conducting various workshops on sign language and interpretation needs in India. Her commitment to promoting inclusivity extends beyond her work as she believes that diversity is about each of us but inclusion is about all of us.
