Refund Policy

Ticket Purchases

• All tickets once purchased are non-refundable.
• In case you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by informing us in advance.

Event Cancellations

• If an event is cancelled or rescheduled by Arena, you are entitled to a full refund or a transfer of your ticket to the rescheduled date.

Workshops & Classes

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the start of a workshop/class are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.

No-Shows

• Refunds or transfers are not applicable if you fail to attend without prior notice.

Refund Mode

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
