⚠️ Event Guidelines & Visitor Instructions
1. Entry & Ticketing
Gates Open: Entry begins at 8:00 PM. Please arrive early to avoid queues.
Valid ID: A government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all guests for age verification and entry.
Ticket Verification: Please keep your digital ticket (QR code) or physical pass ready for scanning at the entrance. Tickets purchased via BookMyShow, Insider, Ticketprix, or the Box Office are valid.
Wristbands: If issued, wristbands must be worn at all times within the venue. Broken or tampered wristbands will not be honored.
2. Food & Beverage
No Outside Food/Drinks: Outside food, beverages, and alcohol are strictly prohibited inside the venue.
Buffet Service: The dinner buffet (Starters, Main Course, and Desserts) will be served from 8:30 PM onwards.
3. Code of Conduct
Rights of Admission: The management reserves the right of admission. Guests under the influence of illegal substances or acting in an unruly manner will be denied entry or asked to leave.
Zero Tolerance: We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment or misbehavior. Any inappropriate conduct towards other guests or staff will result in immediate removal from the venue.
Security Check: All guests are subject to security frisking and bag checks upon entry. Prohibited items (weapons, drugs, sharp objects, explosives) are not allowed.
4. General Information
Parking: Parking is available at the venue but is at the owner's risk. Management is not responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles.
Refunds: Tickets once purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Safety: Please cooperate with the security and event team to ensure a safe and enjoyable New Year celebration for everyone.
