Refund Policy

DSNC Run Club – Refund Policy

At DSNC Run Club, we are committed to providing a high-quality experience for all our runners. We understand that circumstances can change, and we strive to be fair and transparent with our refund policy.

1. Registration Fee

All registration fees are non-refundable, except under special circumstances outlined below.

Registration is transferable to another individual or to a future DSNC Run Club event within 6 months, with prior approval.

2. Special Circumstances for Refund

Partial or full refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

Medical reasons (doctor’s certificate required)

Relocation outside of the training area (proof of relocation required)

Club-initiated cancellations (due to insufficient registrations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events)

In such cases:

More than 30 days before program start date: 80% refund.

15–30 days before program start date: 50% refund.

Within 14 days of program start date: No refund (transfer option available).

3. Event Cancellations or Rescheduling

If a DSNC Run Club event/session is cancelled due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, government orders), participants will be:

Offered a rescheduled date

Or provided with a credit for future DSNC events (valid for 6 months)

4. How to Request a Refund

Submit a written request to post@dsnc.in with supporting documents.

Allow up to 10 business days for review and processing.

Approved refunds will be credited to your original method of payment or as a DSNC credit, as applicable.

5. No-Show Policy

Participants who do not attend events or training sessions without prior notification are not eligible for a refund or credit.

6. Program Changes

DSNC reserves the right to make necessary changes to schedules, coaches, or locations. Refunds are not provided for minor changes.
