Gemeinsam mit Hartwig Albiro ehrt der Rotary Club Chemnitz Carl Friedrich Uhlig als Erfinder der Concertina und Wegbereiter des Bandoneons. Dazu wir ihm von eine Gedenktafel am Roten Turm eingelassen, welche am 14.9.2025 feierlich enthüllt wird. Die Laudatio hält der Musikjounalst Claus Fischer, es spielen Jürgen Karthe und Ensembles.
