Summer is a time of abundance, visibility and pleasure. A time to step into the full expression of you and enjoy the rising energies of the outside world. Through mindful movement, yoga and nidra we will slow down, connect to and ground into our bodies so we can truly harness the energy that summer gifts us.
With longer held yin postures which work deeper into the layers of the body and the invitation to embody the element of summer through slow, mindful movement and a restful yoga nidra, this workshop offers a space to reflect and gain more clarity and ease as we journey through the season.
This is the perfect practice if you’re seeking a little more calm & rest amidst the rising summer energy, are craving some pockets of inner reflection and would like to move through the season of summer feeling more vibrant and inspired. No previous yoga experience is necessary, we welcome complete beginners, those with lots of experience and everyone in between!

Sophia
Sophia is a yoga teacher and menstrual cycle mentor with a deep passion for cyclical living, rest and inspiring others to connect more with both their internal rhythm and the external rhythm of nature.
Rosie
Rosie is a yoga teacher, hypnotherapist, and counsellor-in-training who supports people in feeling less stuck in their heads and more at ease with themselves through gentle, down-to-earth practices.
