Strand Up Comedy Episode 9 - Comedi

Summer is often a time for a good ol’ fashioned Road Trip and at 8pm on Sunday 3rd August the Road Trip is coming to Strand Up Comedy! We are going to be joined by half a dozen comedians packed into two cars and all from Wales, coming over to make their Strand Up debuts and show us their comedy, or as they call it… comedi.

Our headline act is the wonderful Mike Reed. Once described as “the butter in the comedy scone”, Mike is quick witted, brilliantly funny and in high demand – and not just in Wales. Joining him and our regular MC Stuart Black are Gareth Berry, John Collins, Huw Davies, Tom Kennedy and Bev Simmonds-Owen. They’ve all done their fair share of gigs around Wales and we are delighted to have them cross the border to entertain us.

Entry is free on a first come first served basis in the downstairs bar at The Strand, High Street, Cheltenham. Let’s put that pesky rugby rivalry to one side for one night and enjoy a good laugh together. We’d love to see you there.
