5-Week Beginners Yoga Course
New to yoga, returning after a break, or recovering from injury? Our 5-week Beginners Yoga Course is the perfect way to ease in (or back in!) and build confidence in the basics.
Designed to gently introduce (or reintroduce) you to yoga, this course will help you build strength, improve flexibility, and develop confidence in foundational poses—all in a friendly, supportive environment.
Each week, we’ll focus on key postures, simple breathwork, and relaxation techniques to help you feel more comfortable on the mat. You’ll learn:
✔️ Essential yoga poses with clear guidance
✔️ How to move safely and build strength
✔️ Breathwork techniques for relaxation and focus
✔️ Simple flows to connect movement with breath
✔️ Modifications to suit your body and ability
This is a small, welcoming group where you can ask questions, take your time, and enjoy the process.
By the end of the 5 weeks, you’ll feel confident to join regular classes and continue your yoga journey with ease. If you'd like to keep progressing, you’ll have the option to continue with another 5-week course, helping you maintain your yoga growth in a supportive and structured way.
