About Jim:
Jim Harrington is a lifelong student and teacher of yoga, based in Cape Town, South Africa, where he founded ReUnion Yoga & Meditation Studio. With over 30 years of teaching experience, he is also the creator of YogaForSports and an internationally respected teacher trainer, retreat leader, writer, and mentor.
Jim's approach bridges ancient yogic philosophy with contemporary science, drawing on medical and physiological research to support his intelligent, grounded teaching style. His work has influenced yoga communities around the world, and his guiding principle remains simple: "Anyone who can breathe can do yoga."
This October, Jim brings his depth of knowledge, warmth, and wisdom to the UK for a series of special workshops not to be missed.
