On Friday, December 5, from 7 PM to 10 PM, I’ll be guiding a Venik Sauna Ritual at Agape Gardens. An evening to reconnect with the body and the elements of nature.
Rooted in ancient practice, this ritual weaves steam, birch, roses, coffee, and the art of venik whisking into a gentle rhythm that invites the nervous system to soften and the body to release.
Between sessions, unwind by the cozy fireplace in our gazebo, where you'll enjoy moment of meditation, conversation, and connection in a peaceful setting. Perfect for those seeking renewal and a mindful wellness escape (up to 6 guests, keeping it small & intimate).

Event Schedule
7:00 PM - Arrival & Welcome
Settle in with a brief introduction to the evening and prepare for the ritual ahead.
7:15 PM - First Session of Sauna & Venik Treatment
Begin the first sauna session with energetic smudging, herbal infusions, and the first round of venik whisking.
8:00 PM - Relaxation Break
Gather in the gazebo by the fire to relax, hydrate with lemon water and herbal tea, and share mindful conversation.
8:15 PM - Second Session of Sauna & Venik Round
Return to the sauna for a rejuvenating second session, focusing on full-body wellness and restoring balance.
8:45 PM - Relaxation Break
Relax in the gazebo by the fire, hydrate with lemon water and herbal tea, and share mindful conversation.
9:00 PM - Third Session of Sauna & Venik Round
Return to the sauna for a rejuvenating second session, focusing on full-body wellness and restoring balance.
9:30 PM - Closing Fire Circle
End the evening by the fireplace with open discussion, savoring the calm and connection of the retreat.
10:00 PM - Departure
Leave refreshed, relaxed, and revitalized, carrying the warmth of the evening with you.
