Mindfulness Hike
Join the Park Interpreter and explore Waterloo’s trails while learning how to examine things closely and slow your mind.

Meet at the lower parking lot of the Discovery Center, near the pit toilet. The building is closed due to construction. Free with a State of Michigan Recreation Passport.
