In this group Biofield Tuning session, we will be balancing the energy of the nervous system. When the sympathetic nervous system is over-active, a prolonged fight-or-flight response puts stress on the entire body, impacting everything from heart function, to digestion, hormone balance, sleep, cognitive ability, immunity, and emotions. By tuning the nervous system, we are able to begin shifting back into a parasympathetic state, also known as rest-and-digest, where the body can relax, re-center, and repair. How Biofield Tuning Works: Biofield Tuning works on the electromagnetic field of the body, also known as the biofield, which is comprised of bioelectrical currents and their surrounding magnetic fields. The biofield is like a bubble around the body, extending roughly 5-6 feet on all sides and 2-3 feet on the top and bottom, encoded with all the energetic information about our lives. When we experience stress, trauma or injury, dissonant waveforms can get trapped in the biofield which distort the original electromagnetic template, block the flow of vital life force and even affect our perception of subsequent experiences.
