Thrive! is a new Chelmsford Public Library initiative featuring programming designed specifically for members of our community who are living with memory loss as well as for their family members, loved ones and professional care team members.

On Tuesday, October 7 at 7:00 p.m. join community members in a virtual setting on Zoom to hear how the upcoming time change in November can often be a challenging time for those living with memory issues. The topic of Sundowning will be discussed with a panel of professionals providing information and guidance. Learn some simple routine changes which can lessen these effects and improve how your loved one adjusts.
