Bacon roux, shallots, potato, parsnip, fennel, celery, cream, chive and dill, served with house-made focaccia bread
French Onion Soup $16
Sweet caramelized onions in beef brothwith a hint of sherry and wine, topped with toasted crostini

Butternut squash purée, bacon and vino jam, caramelized endive. Served with house-made herbed focaccia bread.
Chicken Parmesan Over Angel Hair Pasta $25
Breaded chicken breast topped with marinara sauce and melted cheeses served over angel hair pasta and garlic jalapeño cream sauce, with cherry tomatoes and spinach.
