Beginner Series

Start the new year with movement and intention!

Wednesdays 7:00–8:00pm | 1/14, 1/21, 1/28, 2/4

Join Scott for a warm, welcoming 4-class beginner series built for anyone who’s new to yoga or returning after time away. Each week builds on the last, helping you feel more comfortable, confident, and supported on your mat.

Bring your own mat or rent one for $5 (mats also available for purchase). Bring a water bottle, or enjoy our complimentary water and tea. We’ll have all props provided (blocks, straps, blankets, bolsters), but you’re welcome to bring your own.

$75 for all four classes. All sales final, no refunds or exchanges. Missed classes are not refundable or transferable.
